Contents Insurance
In line with HM Government advice, it is strongly recommended that tenants have insurance cover in place when renting a property.
As a tenant you are liable as part of your tenancy agreement for accidental damage to the home and landlord’s fixtures as well as your own possessions.
And in line with Government advice, Gibbs Gillespie recommends that all tenants maintain adequate insurance cover to include damage to the property and any occupiers liability.
