Excellent customer service from all the team at Gibbs Gillespie. I bought my house with them and everyone I dealt with was polite, helpful and professional throughout the whole process, even when we came across a few bumps in the road. I was surprised they were so friendly compared to other agents. They didn't rush the process and were very approachable and accommodating. I only wish all estate agents were as lovely as these guys! Best Estate Agent have I used

I have used a number of Agents over the years but for both rental and Sale of our property this company was easily the best, both Mark L. and Paul T from the Rayners Lane Harrow branch were more than helpful.

A very professional and uncomplicated experience

I was very happy with Tim and his team. They were very professional throughout, and organised and accompanied most of the viewings as well as keeping me up to date with regular feedback. I also appreciated the fact that whilst it was an uncertain time in which to sell a property Tim and I could have frank conversations to discuss options without feeling pressurised in any way.

Honesty,drive,energy,and reassurance even when things began to look tricky

Every phone query answered, every call returned,every problem solved,regular calls to reassure and to pass on information....and an agent you would order from a catalogue of agents, should such a thing exist. Paul Tindley was informative, pleasant,patiernt, and we trusted completely in his honesty. We have moved from flats to houses to flats and more houses, and never have we come across a nicer more reliable agent.Who knows how long the whole tortuous process would have been extended had Paul not been there to keep the wheels - buyer,seller,solicitor - constantly turning. We consider ourselves to have been very lucky the day Paul Tindley strode into our house and assured us that he would do his best to sell our property quickly. After one Saturday wherein eleven prospective buyers were shown round the house by Paul, we had six offers, and two excellent ones,one of which we accepted. An agent to recommend - and we have.

Unexpectedly very slow sale.

The communication was good and there was a fair throughput of viewings. However, it would be impossible to ignore the fact that it took well over two years from placing the property on the market before it was sold. There may have been a variety of reasons for this, but one would have expected a review and adjustment of sales and marketing tactics in order to deal with the situation rather than just bashing on regardless.

Amazing service - they really went above and beyond!

From start to finish, Paul Tindley at Gibbs Gillespie was hugely helpful and always very friendly and kind - answering all my queries very quickly. Paul was always available to assist over the phone or on email - giving me clear advice throughout the entire process. As a first time buyer with a solicitor who wasn't helpful at all, I relied on Paul more often than I thought I would have to and am so grateful for the help I received. I am absolutely certain that without Paul and his colleagues at Gibbs Gillespie (who looked after my purchase when Paul was on holiday briefly), the process would have taken at least a month or two longer than it actually did. When you're going through such a stressful process, particularly as a first time buyer, you can't ask for a better estate agent than Gibbs Gillespie or a more helpful person than Paul.

Excellent customer service!!

This is the second time I’ve sold through Gibbs, headed by Paul Tindley (Harrow branch). Him and his team (including Jack and Robbie) are efficient, polite, approachable and professional. Their valuation was honest and spot on, it took little time to secure a sale and they were there every step of the way. Especially when I needed their help with general queries or issues we had with solicitors. We felt very well looked after throughout the whole process. If only the agents we were buying through were as professional!
